What is ODI Index？

The user measures the average blood oxygen before going to bed before going to bed. During sleep, if the monitored blood oxygen level is 4 lower than the average blood oxygen before going to bed, and the duration is not less than 10 seconds, it is judged as a hypoxic event. During the whole sleep period, the average oxygen loss per hour is called the ODl index. If the user's ODl index is 5 to 14.9, it means mild sleep apnea, 15 to 29.9 means moderate breathing; if it is greater than or equal to 30 times,it means severe.
